mortality and secondary endpoints in more than 150,000 men and women aged 55 to 74. The PLCO Biorepository, accessible by
the Cancer Data Access System (CDAS) web portal, contains about 2.7 million biologic specimens from intervention participants
during their six trial screening years, and buccal cell specimens from control participants. The Etiology and Early Marker
Studies (EEMS) component has biologic materials and risk factor information from trial participants before diagnosis of disease.
