The Eastern AATS is fully accredited by The Army School System (TASS) as a “Learning Institution of Excellence” charged to
conduct National Guard Bureau directed training. This training includes individual aircrew qualification, non-commissioned
officer professional education, and enlisted military occupational and additional skill identifier training in our primary
area of focus on utility and cargo rotary-wing aircraft. The Eastern AATS strives to provide America’s Army and international
aircrew members the best possible instruction and support in formal courses of instruction as well as in flight simulation
training on the UH-60, CH-47, and UH-72 aircraft. A modern co-located dormitory and medical clinic enhance soldier quality
of life and allow the staff of 118 military personnel and civilian contractors to fully support the development of the warrior
spirit in the soldiers that train here.
